Tarot Therapy
Sometimes in life, we want to hear what we want but get defensive when we hear what we need. That's what drew me to tarot. Making space for reflections and messages that I've avoided hearing because I was:
😴 too tired
😖 too stressed
😩 too overwhelmed
🏃🏾♂️ too busy
and insert other reasons here.
There will always be a reason when you’re avoiding something. However, you can't avoid yourself and what you're going through.
So let this be a reminder that it's time to make space to listen, reflect and restore yourself. That way, you move forward, aware and empowered.

I started using tarot cards after attending an oracle and pendulum workshop. After pulling a card a day with my oracle card deck, I wanted to learn more about the tarot, specifically how to work with it as a daily mindfulness tool for meditation and journaling.
Soon, I started providing readings and curated tarot spreads for myself, family and friends. Now, I provide 1-on-1 and group tarot readings as well as teach tarot classes throughout the Bay Area and online.

To start, I see tarot as a mindset tool. Sometimes, we get overwhelmed with the everyday, that it's challenging to align and connect within ourselves.
When I'm reading, my intention is to provide that "aha moment" you intuitively know using tarot to cut through all the mental noise.
Through heart-to-heart conversation and additional tools like journal prompts, affirmations, and yoga, hear what you need to hear so that you move forward, encouraged and empowered.

Be open. If you walk into a reading with the intention of receiving a specific message or confirmation, check your mindset.
Sometimes our mind, our ego wants to know who, what, when, why, and how. Believe me, my mind does that too.
However when you’re open, you can see what your mind, body and soul need in the moment that maybe you were too overwhelmed to hear.
Receive what resonates during the reading. Leave the rest for compost for someone else’s benefit.
